Each year, the Yonge Street Mission relies on almost 2000 volunteers to assist with programs, meals, the Food Bank, tutoring, building maintenance and a wide variety of seasonal activities. We are proud that many of our Lazarus volunteers (some of which are seen in the photos below) can be counted among that group. For many years we have been involved with their Christmas gift program as well as serving meals, building shelves and selling merchandise at the Thrift Store (even modeling some outfits on the street to entice shopers inside).
